Deposit is 25% and is payable at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable but each case will be considered.

Full payment for the cottage rental is required three weeks prior to the start date of the rental period. No reminder will be sent.

Booking Conditions

The rental period is from 3pm of the Friday of arrival to 10 am on the Friday of departure.

The changeover period is limited and, to help our cleaner to prepare for the next guests, please leave the cottage clean and tidy

Please advise of any damage; we may ask for replacement at cost

The maximum occupancy is four people

No smoking in the cottage

Pets are not permitted in the cottage

The rental charge includes electricity, towels and bed linen

The owners accept no liability for accident, loss or damage, which may occur to person(s) or belongings whilst staying in the cottage
