First Floor Double Bedroom: 5ft double bed. Twin Bedroom: Two 3ft single beds.
Both bedrooms have large built-in wardrobes. Electric convection heater in
each room. Bathroom: Shower over bath, toilet and
basin. High level electric heater. Razor point. |

Linen provided: Bed linen (All beds made up with duvets for arrival). Towels (Not for
beach use please). Tea towels. |

Outside: There
is a small gravel garden, with garden furniture and barbeque, to the rear of
the cottage |

Parking: Space
to the rear of the cottage for one car and unrestricted parking in the lane
at the front of the cottage. |

Cottage Booking Conditions |

The
rental period is from 3pm of the Friday of arrival to 10 am on the Friday of
departure. |
|
The
changeover period is limited and, to
help our cleaner to prepare for the next guests, please leave the cottage
clean and tidy |

Please
advise of any damage; we may ask for replacement at cost |

The
maximum occupancy is four people |

No
smoking in the cottage |

Pets are
not permitted in the cottage |

The
rental charge includes electricity, towels and bed linen |

The
owners accept no liability for accident, loss or damage, which may occur to
person(s) or belongings whilst staying in the cottage |
