First Floor Double Bedroom: 5ft double bed. Twin Bedroom: Two 3ft single beds.
Both bedrooms have large built-in wardrobes. Electric convection heater in
each room. Bathroom: Shower over bath, toilet and
basin. High level electric heater. Razor point. |

Linen provided: Bed linen (All beds made up with duvets for arrival). Towels (Not for
beach use please). Tea towels. |

Cottage Booking Conditions |

The
rental period is from 3pm of the Friday of arrival to 10 am on the Friday of
departure. |

The
changeover period is limited and, to
help our cleaner to prepare for the next guests, please leave the cottage
clean and tidy |

Please
advise of any damage; we may ask for replacement at cost |

The
maximum occupancy is four people |

Pets are
